Saideh Brown is the founder of Culture 71, a daily email and digital destination for Gen-X life, style and reinvention.
As a third-generation etiquette professional and active real estate broker, she brings a distinctive perspective to the business of home, prosperity, and provenance. Her work sits at the intersection of real estate, lifestyle, legacy, and the deeply personal decisions that often surround where we live, what we own, and what we leave behind.
Raised in New York City’s Greenwich Village neighborhood, she experienced firsthand the energy and diversity of urban life. The famed Pride Parade, the West 4th Street basketball courts, and the Village’s bohemian arts culture provided an intersectional foundation for a life that would ultimately encompass entrepreneurship, media, real estate, and service to others.
Saideh previously served as President of the National Council of Women at the United Nations, where she engaged with diplomats and international leaders, advocated for women’s economic empowerment, and championed conversations around generational wealth and legacy building. She has been featured in Crain’s New York Business and The New York Times and has appeared on Million Dollar Listing New York. From duvets to doormats, from the closing table to the conversations families have around the kitchen table, Saideh believes that home matters now more than ever.
